1930 Modernisation of factories for greater efficiency
1977 Acquired polypropylene extrusion plant
1980 Don & Low had become the largest polypropylene textile extrusion and weaving unit in the UK (possible the 2nd largest in EU)
1986 Purchased by Shell UK
1986 D&L invests in Nonwovens Division & Starts Nonwovens Capabilities
1995 Amalgamation of Shell & Himon to form new company Montell
1999 Thrace Plastics acquire 80% shareholding in Don & Low
2003 Thrace Plastics own 100% share in Don & Low
2016 D&L invests in Meltblown capabilities for Nonwovens Division to enhance product portfolio.
2017 D&L invests in state-of-the-art grass extrusion technology to develop grass yarn products for the synthetic turf industry with DLG® brand
